Flat lands where the visitor can walk or cycle in an easy and simple way to enjoy the plains of Toledo and its cultivated fields. The town's tourist resources include an aerodrome, which allows visitors to diversify their tourist offer and provides an unusual tourist service in our province, just a few kilometres from the capital, Toledo.
Camarenilla was founded in the 12th century at the time of the Christian reconquest. Unlike other towns in the province, Camarenilla's small town centre has remained practically intact over the centuries, with houses of traditional architecture, such as the one located in the Plaza de España. The parish church, built in the 15th century, complements its cultural heritage and its idiosyncratic monuments, which, together with its authenticity, allow visitors to enjoy village life, tranquillity and traditional culture.

What to see?
Although the original building dates back to the 15th century, the current construction is new, from the 20th century. It does preserve a magnificent baptismal font in white and green glazed terracotta, with 15th century Gothic decorations, from the church of San Marcos in Toledo. It was donated by Cardinal Lorenzana in 1794. It also houses a 16th century ivory crucifix.
