THE DEPUTATION OF TOLEDO JOINS THE VII EDITION OF HERITAGE NIGHT WITH DRAMATISED ROUTES BY CANDLELIGHT AND CONCERTS IN THE PROVINCIAL PALACE
The theme of the dramatised visit will take us back in time to the inauguration of the building of the inauguration of the Provincial Palace building in 1898. For the occasion, the façade and the staircase will be artistically illuminated with LED candles, in addition to the decoration of some of the offices and the Plenary Hall.
Musical performances will be given by ‘Momentos String’, ‘Memoria de los sentidos’ and guitarist Ariel Acevedo.
A FREE ACTIVITY, WHICH CAN BE ENJOYED OVER THREE CONSECUTIVE DAYS, 13, 14 AND 15 SEPTEMBERWITH THREE SHOWS ON EACH OF THESE DAYS, AT 21:00, 22:00 AND 23:00, AND WITH DIFFERENT MUSICAL PERFORMANCES.
Specifically, on Friday 13 September, the musical performance will be given by ‘Momentos String, a duo formed by the soprano Virginia Serrano and the guitarist Iván Goncharuck; on Saturday 14th, it will be the turn of ‘Memoria de los sentidos’, a trio formed by Carlos Cantero Muñoz, José Manuel Ronda Santos and Carlos Martínez Gil, on flutes, viola da gamba and lute, José Manuel Ronda Santos and Carlos Martínez Gil, on flutes, viola da gamba and lute, vihuela and baroque guitar; and finally, on Sunday 15th, the guitarist Ariel Acevedo will close these performances.
THE TOLEDO PROVINCIAL COUNCIL THUS CONTINUES WITH ITS ACTIVITIES TO DISSEMINATE THE CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC HERITAGE OF THE PROVINCIAL INSTITUTION.
Activities that began this year 2024 with the organisation of the successful cultural fortnight in April, with the aim of promoting the cultural heritage that the institution treasures, opening the provincial palace to the public.
For the occasion, artistic illumination of the façade and the staircase of the building lighting of the building ‘s staircase with LED candles, as well as the setting and decoration of the offices where the dramatised scenes will be the dramatised scenes and the Plenary Hall for the musical performances.
The activity is free of charge, subject to prior booking, from 6 September, from 9 am to 2 pm and from Monday to Friday, by calling 925287795, extension 5100. Bookings will be made in order of receipt and each route has a maximum of 50 places, a maximum of 2 places per bookingis allowed.
