  • It can be reached by crossing the N-301, at the beginning of the road that leads to the hermitage of Ntra. Sra. de La Muela. It consists of a first asphalted section that runs between vineyards and cereal crops. After 1.5 km we reach a wooded area called "El Vivero", continue along the road, the path becomes steeper and steeper, until we reach the steep slope that precedes the Ermita de Ntra. Sra. de La Muela. At this point you can enjoy great views. Inside the hermitage there are some Renaissance frescoes that are well worth contemplating.
  • We go down a steep slope, which is at the back of the hermitage, we head towards the river area, crossing the bridge, at this point we find the "island", which is a fork of the river. Take the path to the right of the bridge, which runs parallel to the river.
  • After about 2 km, on the other side of the river, you can see medieval ruins on top of a Roman settlement. The route ends at a large agricultural estate surrounded by holm oaks "El Monte del Alcalde".
